Oppo’s new smartphone series Oppo A5, A5 5G and A5x have been a part of rumors on the Internet for quite some time. Now, this Chinese smartphone brand has listed these A series smartphones online on its website, sharing the design, specifications, color options and RAM and storage information of these phones.
Oppo A5, A5 5G and A5x have different types of chipsets, such as Oppo A5 4G and Oppo A5x run on Snapdragon 6s Gen 1 4G chipset. While Oppo A5 5G runs on MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. All three models have a powerful 6,000mAh battery, which supports 45W wired charging. Also, all three models have a 6.67-inch display with 120Hz refresh rate.

The Oppo A5 series phones are listed with four types of RAM and storage configurations. The listing does not reveal the price or availability of the three. The configurations of the phones can be seen below.

The Oppo A5 will be available in 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 128GB, 4GB + 256GB and 8GB + 256GB variants. The company has also confirmed that the phone will be available in Aurora Green, Midnight Purple and Mist White shades.
Oppo A5 5G
The Oppo A5 5G variants are listed with 4GB + 128GB, 6GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 256GB RAM and storage options. Its colour options include Aurora Green and Mist White shades.
Oppo A5x
The Oppo A5x phone is listed with 4GB + 64GB, 4GB + 128GB, 6GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 128GB RAM and storage configurations. Its colour options are listed in Laser White, Midnight Blue shades.

Talking about the specification of Oppo A5, it runs on Android 15 based ColorOS 15.0 with dual SIM.

Talking about the chipset, it runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, along with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage. Connectivity options are the same as the Oppo A5, as well as the sensors. It also has an IP65-rated build. The dimensions of the smartphone are 165.71×76.24×7.99mm and weighs 194 grams.
